For the 9th year, Team Velan will be taking part in the Weekend to Conquer Cancer !

On July 7, we will be walking and biking alongside other participants who share our commitment to finding a cure for cancer. It is our opportunity to make a tangible difference and show our support for those who have been affected by cancer.

As we all know, cancer is a disease that has affected countless individuals and their families, including some of our coworkers. It is a devastating illness that can cause physical, emotional, and financial strain. The good news is, we will be making a difference by taking part in this event and helping to raise funds for cancer research and treatment.

Over the years, we have raised just over $350,000 for this worthy cause! All funds raised go directly to supporting the Jewish General Hospital’s leading-edge medical research, and care for cancer patients. Every dollar we raise will make a difference, no matter how small.

Together, we will take a step towards making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
